Brian C. Fenn, Esq
Having practiced since 2009, Brian brings a unique perspective and diverse work experience to Employer Defense Group, LLP. Brian’s practice consists 100% in defending businesses, insurance companies, Third-Party Administrators, and self-insured employers against workers’ compensation claims. His practice consists of all aspects of workers’ compensation law, including, but not limited to, Labor Code Section 132a claims, and serious and willful complaints.
Brian initially practiced for Pak Law Corporation, a law firm that specialized in providing legal counsel to a variety of small business owners, including contractual disputes, commercial leases, landlord/tenant issues, corporate organizational and administrative documents, civil litigation, and bankruptcy advice.
Thereafter, Brian began working with Doan Law Firm and focused his practice on both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. With the country still reeling from the 2007-08 global financial crisis, Brian consulted with thousands of individuals and small businesses to guide them through the difficult process. Brian continued representing bankruptcy clients as he opened his own practice in 2012.
Brian has helped thousands of clients over the years. He attributes a great deal of his success to his ability to empathize with clients and educate them about the law and process.
In his high school and college years, Brian lived for several years in Mexico and Argentina, where he became fluent in Spanish. The skills and attributes gained and developed through years of practice assisting individuals and businesses are invaluable tools in successfully defending injury claims for employers.
