About

Austin completed his undergraduate studies with a degree in political science at Chapman University. He remained at Chapman to obtain his Juris Doctorate at the Dale E. Fowler School of Law.  

He has been practicing within the workers’ compensation system since his admission to the California State Bar in 2021 and is experienced in assisting clients with subrogation recovery in third-party liability cases.

In his practice, Austin has defended counties, retail chains, school districts, healthcare providers, staffing agencies, and farm owners with their workers’ compensation needs.

Austin prides himself on understanding the nuanced needs every client brings to their administration of claims. By understanding each client’s goals, he provides them with a specific, individualized defense throughout the litigation process.

In his free time, Austin enjoys walking through the many nature preserves his hometown has to offer.
