About

As a senior associate at Employer Defense Group, Brian represents insurance carriers, employers, professional employment organizations and municipalities in all stages of workers’ compensation litigation. Brian also has vast experience in CalPERS industrial disability retirement (“IDR”) litigation, legal presumptions regarding safety officers, defending sports teams and carriers, and defending California Insurance Guarantee Association. Brian prioritizes client communication to ensure effective and efficient resolution of claims.

Brian earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law where he also was the recipient of scholarships from the Philippine American Bar Association and Orange County Asian American Bar Association. Brian was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010.

Outside of work Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters. Brian is a California native and enjoys photography, soccer, playing guitar, and weekends at Disneyland with the family.
