Elvira’s role includes the following:

• Effectively compose various legal documentation including but not limited to Petitions, Declaration of Readiness to Proceed/ Objection to DOR’s, Request for State Panel QME, Request for Replacement Panel, etc.
• Maintain the handling attorney’s calendar as well as monthly updates on active cases for further status.
• Schedule/coordinate depositions, medical evaluations and cross-examinations.
• Assisting the handling attorney’s case load while managing files from the start of Application all the way to trial.
