Glendon earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Willamette University College of Law. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Bruce Spaulding Memorial Award for excellence in trial advocacy, as selected by the law school faculty. He has been practicing personal injury defense litigation for approximately 20 years.

Prior to joining EDG, Glendon worked at an Am Law 100 firm, and he has represented at least four different Fortune 500 companies in his career. Further, there is virtually no injury, big or small, that Glendon has not encountered during his career, from soft tissue injuries, to TBIs, to wrongful death, and amputations.

When Glendon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling the world, and fishing.
