Senior Associate, Heather Bond earned her JD from Touro Law School in Long Island, New York. Heather is a Wisconsin native, but spent her high school and undergraduate years in sunny Southern California, where she returned after graduation from law school. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2011 and has since spent her career helping employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in the defense of a myriad of workers’ compensation claims and issues.
Heather believes that communication is key when there are several parties involved and thus Heathers specialty is developing and maintaining effective and open lines of communication along with lasting relationships with clients and attorneys alike. A closed file is a happy file and Heather will work tirelessly to bring claims to conclusion as expeditiously as possible, in a manner that works best for all. Her compassion and empathy make Heather particularly adept at working out creative solutions to difficult problems, as well as someone who works well with clients and other involved parties in order to find the best way to resolution.
In her free time, Heather loves a good book or movie, kitty cuddles, spending time with her husband Jonathan, as well as outings with their family and friends.
