Jennifer has been practicing workers’ compensation law for more than 20 years, specializing in defense for the vast majority. She briefly exited defense practice after approximately 12 years, and explored the applicant side, before returning to defense just a few years later. This experience served to enrich her defense practice broaden her perspective. Her philosophy is that above all, we perform a service which is most appreciated when the focus is on keeping clients informed, before they need to inquire, having a firm, detailed grip on her entire caseload at all times, being immediately responsive whenever possible and finally, but not at all least importantly, being proactive in my approach to defense of the claim while always evaluating and following the most efficient and cost-effective path to resolution.

After all these years in the industry, Jennifer prides herself on her development of valuable relationships with opposing counsel based upon respect, professional courtesy and an understanding that the courtesy is always accompanied by zealous representation of her clients’ interests and appropriately aggressive defense of claims.
