With over 18 years of experience in the California Workers’ Compensation industry, ranging from Bill Review Supervisor to Senior Claims Examiner, Kristen has obtained vast working knowledge of the claims process, to include dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.

In addition to this experience, Kristen also has acquired her Self Insurance Administrator’s Certification, from the State of California, and has been qualified by various WCAB judges as an expert witness, testifying at multiple Northern California Boards.

Currently, Kristen is attending Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where she is working to obtain her Juris Doctor Degree, while continuing to work as a Paralegal. Upon graduation, Kristen plans to continue working in Worker’s Compensation defense, where she will be able to apply her legal education and years of experience.

Kristen currently resides in Northern California, with her husband, two children and large extended family, where she enjoys hosting family events and reading science fiction novels.
