Born in Queens, NY and a graduate of Longwood High School on Long Island in New York in 2001, Matthew Plust started his career in workers’ compensation as a legal assistant from 2004 through 2016. While working as a legal assistant, he graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Criminal Justice, graduated from Trinity Law School with a JD, and passed the California Bar examination. He has been defending employers as a workers’ compensation attorney since 2016.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys bowling, movies, Dave and Busters, pools, reality tv shows, Las Vegas, cruise ships, spending time with his family, and caring for his 3 legged dog.
