Born and raised in Southern California, Melika attended the University of California, Riverside to obtain her bachelor’s degree in History. Thereafter, she moved down to San Diego to attend law school at California Western School of Law. Melika began her career at EDG as a post-bar law clerk before transitioning into the role of an associate attorney upon passing the California Bar Exam. Prior to starting at EDG, she had experience working in the legal areas of criminal defense, consumer protection, and employment law. She looks forward to continuing to work in the area of employment law, as well as workers’ compensation, in her position at EDG.
