About

Licensed for over 20 years, Olga began her legal career in Portland, Oregon with experience in criminal law, appellate work, medical malpractice and contracts. Olga then shifted gears and began her workers’ compensation career at Kegel, Tobin & Truce where she was trained by industry leader Joe Truce. There she developed the beginning of her skill set as a tenacious defense attorney and litigator.

Olga was with national firm Hinshaw & Culbertson for the past 20 years, as associate and then partner. There she primarily focused on workers’ compensation defense in addition to employment counseling and litigation. She trained associates, was a mentor, and regional coordinator of the women’s affinity network for the firm.

Olga has extensive experience with self-insured employers, PEOs, and high exposure and catastrophic claims. What she has learned over the years is the importance of relationships with clients, as well as with opposing counsel, judges, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry. She is creative, solutions driven, detail oriented and gets the job done, as evidenced by the ongoing and committed clients she has done work for over the past 15 years.

Olga obtained her undergraduate degree at UCLA and her law degree at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College.

When not working, Olga spends her time with her family, shuttling her kids to all their activities. She loves travel, pretending like her dog is well-trained and a good glass of wine.
