Roger obtained his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2020. Roger found a passion for unionized labor law. He worked as a Labor Relations Manager with the Association of General Contractors of California. He has participated in contract negotiations and conflict resolution regarding the collective bargaining agreements for Laborers, Carpenters, Operating Engineers, Cement Masons, etc. Afterwards, he practiced law as a defense attorney for peace officers, firefighters, and first responders in most of Southern and Central California. In this role, he defended and advocated for union members’ rights when faced with disciplinary and administrative investigations.

Most recently, Roger has been representing Top California employers on their Worker’s Compensation claims. He meticulously works the files with the adjusters and always strives for the best results.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys watching sports, binge-watching prestige TV, and going to parks with his son, Rylan.
