Shruti Baweja is a Senior Counsel with more than 23 years of experience focused primarily on workers’ compensation defense. She represents employers of all sizes, municipalities, uninsured employers, self-insured and third-party administrators across a wide range of industries.

Shruti handles a high volume of workers’ compensation matters and has extensive experience managing cases ranging from minimal exposure claims to complex, high-exposure litigation.

Her practice includes the defense of cumulative trauma both denied and accepted, high exposure claims, life pension claims, and a few traumatic brain injury cases.

Known for her practical approach and strategic case management, Shruti works closely with employers and claims administrators to develop effective defense strategies while navigating the evolving regulatory and legal landscape governing workplace injuries.

Outside the office, Shruti enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She is actively involved in community volunteer efforts and, in her free time, enjoys reading and practicing Pilates.
